Meet the Founder
Nicole Bennett,BS Comm, MS. Ed
Nicole R. Bennett is a transformational educational leader with over 20 years of experience in school turnaround, instructional leadership, and strategic coaching. She currently serves as the Regional Assistant Superintendent for the Polk County School District in Florida, where she oversees 26 schools in the Transformation Region—guiding principals, teams, and systems toward lasting school improvement.
Nicole has been at the forefront of change in some of Florida’s most challenging school contexts. Her leadership has helped schools exit turnaround status, reduce disparities in student discipline, and achieve substantial gains in academic performance. She's not only a champion for students but also a trusted coach to school leaders, teachers, and district teams.
She is a recognized expert in building instructional leadership capacity, designing professional development, and aligning data with action. In recognition of her leadership and expertise, Nicole was selected as a featured speaker for the Florida Department of Education’s Bureau of School Improvement.
With degrees in Mass Communications and Educational Leadership—and certifications including School Principal and ESOL—Nicole blends content expertise with the communication skills to lead meaningful change.
